The first Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant and Market opened in 1996 on Cannery Row in Monterey, California. We’ve since grown to include several locations throughout the United States and Internationally.

Our ingredients are sourced internationally and only from premium local food suppliers. All over the world, we are known for our best tasting SHRIMPS, or as Bubba would call it - the fruit of the sea. But, we've also won awards for our other food - Baby Back Ribs, Southern Fried Chicken, and Pasta! Seasonally, our chefs whip up NEW, exciting dishes to surprise our diners.
